I accompany people navigating life’s transitions, both joyful and challenging, recognizing that every passage carries grief and calls for acknowledgment. These moments invite us to honor what is ending, welcome what is emerging, and remain rooted in our own inherent wisdom.

I invite you to step into this work to honor your experience and reconnect with your inner knowing.
Together, we create space to reflect, listen, move through these passages with care, and connect more deeply with yourself, others, and the Earth.

Through practices rooted in presence and care, I offer tailored support for you to navigate life’s passages.

Facilitation Support

For Professionals, Activists and Community Caregivers

Throughout the years, I’ve had the joy of supporting people who facilitate spaces in many forms, including grief tenders, facilitators, activists, nonprofit leaders, and individuals creating meaningful rituals and gatherings. This support centers on preparing for rituals and group spaces, navigating specific challenges, and deepening clarity and trust in your role as a facilitator, whether you are just beginning or more seasoned in your work.

We explore how to design and facilitate intentional spaces, navigate roles, boundaries, and power, work ethically with trauma-informed material; tend complex grief, and collaborate in ways that honor each person’s gifts.
